I could have done multiple things for our inaugural post on this site, but decided, since we are still in the "winter" mode here, even though it's rain and not snow, it would be a great day to post my first recipe. This is one of those "throw together" recipes. I don't do measurements of any kind, and usually each batch is a little different. I don't care for chicken wings, and I always save the bones when we eat chicken breast and drumsticks, so I always stash them in a ziploc bag in the freezer. When I have enough, it's time to make stock.
